We have a Soree at the Pineapple expression house, every month. 

Members only invite – You have to be a member to purchase a ticket. 

Members can invite 1-4 guests per event (but guests can only attend 1 event as a guest). 

Parties will be upscale playgrounds: Food, Open Bar, DJ/Live Music, Themes, Entertainment, and much more. 

We will have weekly connection events: Examples:  “Come play pickleball at 10am Saturday here.”  or “Dinner and dancing at almost famous, almost famous take over.” 

These invites are free for members – all invites happen in the community app only. 

I like these events as a marketing tool as well – the more we connect our members – the more they build relationships and intimacy – the more they love the group. 

Members can post their own parties and get togethers (not sponsored by Pineapple expression). 

I like these because members will invite and bring their friends (non members) with members. This will provie a word of mouth and a sense of community for the non members driving them to become future members (word of mouth marketing)

Pineapple Expression will purchase a home (in North Scottsdale) to host our monthly Soree’s, host our relationship workshops, and also to rent on AirBnB so it can be enjoyed when it is not in use. The home will have a minimum of 4 bedrooms, an open floor plan, a pool and hot-tube, and a private backyard (no HOA). We can transform the home into a playhouse with each individual room having a theme. 

Themed Rooms: (examples)

* The Intimacy Room – to make love

* The BDSM Room – full of toys many individuals and couples can not purchase and use at their homes (cages, crosses, bondage, etc). 

*The Dance Party room – a room with a stripper pole, DJ booth – for intimate and sexual dancing and connections. 

*The Orgy Room – A room with a huge bed, chairs, couches, and other places to have unique and fun group filled intimate sessions. 

Main Space (living room and kitchen)

* The main space will be set up for social gathers. A place for people to relax, connect, have conversations, and build relationships. it will also be the perfect space to host workshops and other events. 

Outdoor Space: 

* With a pool, hot-tube, cabanas, tables, chairs, and more – we will create a resort style backyard designed for both relaxation and fun. The outdoor walls will be completely private with trees and bushes, keeping the fun in and the neighbors out. 

Value: 

* This will home will create an asset to the company that will increase in value (home equity). 

*This home will provide Pineapple Expression additional revenue (working capital) when we rent the home to non members and members, when we are not throwing our parties and it is available.

*The home will be a marketing tool for us to create more awareness about the ocmmunity and drive more leads (each renter is a new possible lead for Pineapple Expression). 

*Members can rent for a discount – which provides another value prop for them to join. 

*The home will allow us to throw our parties and workshops – without having to find a rental and dealing with other host and owners. 

*The home will allow us to design the home the way we want.  Purchase toys and fun intimate experiences – without needing storage and having long set-ups and break downs after events. 

The Pineapple Expression home will be the hosting venue for our monthly Soree’s.  We will design the house to allow for our members to show up and enjoy other members; no matter their experience or their vibe. We will have space for drinks and connections and we will have spaces for a variety of different types of play. 

House Rental: We turn the house into a themed rental for “sexy fun” and post on Airbnb and other rental sites. 

• There is an airbnb like this (not in Arizona) and it kills it – each room as a sexy theme. We tried renting it and it was booked up for almost 6 months. 
• Guests can rent the home on airbnb – and they can experience the pleasures the home has to offer (Lauren and I would rent a place insanely quick if they had a bondage cross in one of the rooms). We can’t purchase with the kids, but we want one. 
• Each party we throw is also marketing for our members to rent the home for their own personal play.
• Each individual or couple (that is not a member) that rents the home from Airnbnb – will be introduced to our community.  The people renting will most likely be our target market.  

We can purchase more “Pineapple Expression Homes” in different parts of Arizona – creating local chapters. Each new location will provide a new market as well as provide more opportunities for doing “Chapter Events as well as All of Arizona Events”  

Once we fine tune the model in Arizona, we can start exploring homes and communities in other locations (Vegas, LA, etc.).  Each new location allows for our community to grow members and grow ticket sales for parties. This will also allow us create yearly national parties for all members from all communities. 

Once we start creating a regional or national brand – I would like to explore the idea of creating a nude/topless swingers resort (one like Sea Mountain in Palm Springs, but way more upscale and elite).
